The developing actions have focused on the reconstruction of the Peña Farmhouse and the adjacent mill, preserving the original building´s structure but constructing the new building, and the recovery of the old water separator, preserving all those structures that have been possible.
The original buildings situated on the Peña Farmhouse Estate were composed of the main house, of the rectangular floor plan, with 2 extension annexes attached to its east and west, and an old mill, situated about 50 meters away from the house. All these structures were found in an unrecoverable state and the entire estate was decided to be demolished and to have new structures constructed with the original designs in mind.
The original building, where the Nature Learning Classroom is being constructed, is for the interpretation of the unique values of the Almenara Estany. The building was composed of a main nave with a gable roof supported by factory walls and pilasters, divided into 3 interior zones, separated by factory walls that serve as support ribs to the roof. Following the main axis of the nave is a lower height structure, while on one side of the nave a small building is attached with a rectangular floor plan.
The object is to effect the performance oriented recover the development of the operational capacity of the Municipal Stadium “Teobaldo Pinillos Olaechea” (Pisco) to help meet the demand of sporting activities to carry out their sporting competitions organized to carry out intervention local, regional and national sports competitions.
